College juniors, seniors and recent graduates: roll those sleeves up and top off that illustrious education with an 8-week crash course in agency life. Darling is looking to host a talented art director/design intern this summer (2026).

This position will place you in the midst of our multi-disciplinary team. You’ll work with and be advised by accomplished creatives—on real projects for real clients. 

Internships are paid (but do not include benefits), 4 days per week, Tuesday-Friday. We will work with the selected candidate to determine start and end dates in and around the June-July window. Our flex schedule allows you to work from anywhere you wish every Friday while enjoying the in-person support of peers Tuesday-Thursday.

All we require is an eagerness to learn, a portfolio that demonstrates creative thought and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (bonus points awarded for After Effects, Premiere and/or Figma).
